A blend of shamanic techniques / energy medicine (Reiki), and intuitive guidance are integrated to help you navigate and overcome mental, emotional, and physical challenges. As you're guided on a shamanic journey, you tap into a deeper state of consciousness, bridging the connection to your inner world and unlocking profound healing, guidance, and inner wisdom.
Sound is a vital part of the experience and is integrated in every session. The healing medicine of a sound bath helps calm the mind and shift your focus, making it easier to connect with deeper aspects of yourself and reach a higher state of consciousness. It supports the release of energetic blockages while restoring harmony and alignment within yourself, deepening your connection to the natural world.
A variety of sound instruments, including gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, woodwind instruments, and rattles, provide healing vibrations of wisdom and support throughout the journey.

As a spiritual practitioner and healer, I create sacred space to support the transition of the soul from the physical world to the spirit world. I connect with spirit guides and ancestors to assist in this process, helping to release any attachments or blockages that may hinder the soul's passage. This allows for the balance and harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. Often, the feelings of loss, fear, anxiety, and regret can make it challenging for those closest to the dying person to create and maintain that sacred space. This is entirely understandable and deeply human. It is a profound privilege to hold and create such a space, allowing the one who is passing to feel safe and supported as they engage in the great labor of transitioning into a new life.
This approach underscores the spiritual and compassionate nature of an integrative shaman, emphasizing both the respect for the transition process and the acknowledgment of the resources involved.
