Shamanic Session is a two-hour healing experience that weaves together a variety of practices—including Shamanic Energy, Reiki, Somatic Healing, Energy Extractions, Sound Healing and other spiritual techniques—held in a sacred ceremonial setting. Through a guided meditative journey, you’re gently guided into an expanded state of consciousness to receive soul-level healing, insight, and guidance. This process supports deep emotional and spiritual transformation, helping you release what no longer serves, heal past wounds, have a deeper connection with your inner world and higher wisdom.
Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that helps calm the mind and deepen meditation. It’s not a psychedelic, but it greatly supports healing and spiritual growth by helping us connect more deeply with ourselves. Many find that cacao enhances the experience.
Sound Medicine is a vital part of the experience and is integrated in every session. The healing medicine of a sound bath helps calm the mind and shift your focus, making it easier to connect with deeper aspects of yourself and reach a higher state of consciousness. It supports the release of energetic blockages while restoring harmony and alignment within yourself, deepening your connection to the natural world.
A variety of sound instruments, including gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, woodwind instruments, and rattles, provide healing vibrations of wisdom and support throughout the journey.
